Digital delivery and shipping policy

Narumelo does not sell or ship physical products, charge shipping fees, or require a delivery address. The public launch version is free and does not accept payments or subscriptions.

Available digital features are provided through the Narumelo account after sign-up, email verification where required, and completion of onboarding. There is no paid digital delivery at launch.

If you cannot access an available launch feature, email support@narumelo.com from your account email. Include your username, the page involved, and the safe error text. Do not send a password, OTP, API key, or account-recovery secret.
