Digital delivery and shipping policy

Narumelo sells access to digital subscription features and may accept voluntary one-time support payments. We do not sell or ship physical products, charge shipping fees, or require a delivery address for these purchases.

Subscription access is activated after Razorpay confirms and Narumelo verifies the payment. Access is normally available immediately in the account used at checkout. In unusual cases, activation may take up to 24 hours.

If paid access does not appear within 24 hours, email hello@narumelo.com from your account email. Include the Razorpay payment ID and payment date. Do not send card details, CVV, OTP, or your password.
