Describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and any safe error message you saw. For a safety report, include the username, report ID, and a factual description. Never attach or forward suspected illegal material. Never send a password, OTP, full card number, API key, recovery code, or other secret.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge support requests within 2 business days. Complex privacy, safety, or account investigations can take longer, and we will provide an update when that happens.
