Delete your Narumelo account

You can request deletion inside Narumelo or from the web. We will not ask you to reinstall the Android app to control your data.

In-app deletion
  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open My profile and scroll to Your data.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm the request.
Can’t access your account?

Email privacy@narumelo.com from the address connected to your Narumelo account. Include your username if you know it.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Your profile, connections, memberships, preferences, and associated personal data are deleted or de-identified. Limited security, moderation, audit, or legal records may be retained only where reasonably necessary or required by law. Any retained message content is de-identified unless limited retention is needed for a safety or legal reason.
