Child safety standards

Narumelo prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of a minor, trafficking or sexual exploitation of a minor, and attempts to obtain, create, share, sell, or promote such material or conduct.

This applies to messages, profiles, images, links, usernames, circle content, and any other use of the service. Content cannot be used to sexualise a minor or to arrange unsafe contact with a minor.

Use Narumelo’s report control on the relevant message or profile when it is available. For a child-safety concern, or when you cannot use the in-product control, email abuse@narumelo.com. Include the Narumelo username, report ID, and a factual description of what happened.

Do not download, save, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Report the account or message location without redistributing the material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority first.

When we identify a credible child-safety concern, we may:

• restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the involved account;
• remove prohibited content from the service;
• preserve information needed for a safety or legal review;
• make required reports and cooperate with valid legal requests in accordance with applicable law; and
• take steps to prevent repeat access or further harm.

Authorised moderators do not browse private conversations. A report about a specific message may include that message and the report details needed to investigate it. Access is limited to the safety, security, and legal purpose of the review.
