Cancellation and refund policy

How subscription cancellations, payment errors, and eligible refunds are handled.

Last updated: July 2026

Razorpay checkout is currently in Test Mode. Test payments do not move real money and are not eligible for a refund.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a Plus or Patron subscription from your Narumelo billing settings, when available, or by emailing hello@narumelo.com from the email address linked to your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further subscription charge is made.

2. When a refund may be approved

We will review refund requests for:

  • a duplicate payment;
  • an incorrect amount charged by Narumelo;
  • paid access that was not delivered because of a verified Narumelo service error;
  • an unauthorised payment reported promptly; or
  • a refund required by applicable consumer law.

3. Payments that are generally non-refundable

Used or partly used billing periods, change-of-mind requests after paid access has been delivered, and voluntary one-time support payments are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate payments, payment errors, unauthorised payments, or rights provided by law.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@narumelo.com as soon as possible and, where practical, within 7 days of the charge. Include your Narumelo account email, Razorpay payment or order ID, payment date, amount, and a short reason for the request. Never email your full card number, CVV, OTP, or password.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After Narumelo initiates the refund, it is usually visible within 5–10 business days, although the exact timing depends on Razorpay, your bank, and the payment method.
