Cancellation and refund policy

The current payment status for Narumelo's public launch.

No payments or subscriptions are accepted at launch. Narumelo therefore cannot create a public charge that needs to be cancelled or refunded.

1. Current availability

The launch version of Narumelo is free. There is no public checkout, paid plan, recurring subscription, trial that converts to a paid plan, or one-time support payment.

2. Future paid features

If paid features are introduced later, Narumelo will publish the price, billing interval, cancellation method, refund eligibility, delivery terms, and payment provider before accepting a payment. Applicable consumer rights will continue to apply.

3. Unexpected payment claim

If you see a transaction claiming to be from Narumelo during this free-launch period, contact support@narumelo.com and your payment provider promptly. Share only a redacted statement reference and transaction date; never send a full card number, OTP, password, or account secret.
